Google Chrome is here!
Guess what I’m posting from … that’s right – Google’s new browser Chrome. I’ve put Blackboard and WebAssign through some initial paces and all is well so far – and it’s really fast!
One of the cool features is that when you click the + to open a new tab, you see thumbnails of all the tabs that are open already (I’m guessing to avoid duplicates).
I can’t wait to try it at home on the satellite connection and I’d love to hear how it does with dial-up.

Sigh… still waiting on their Mac version.
I’ve also been playing with chrome, but I’ve run into a small nit blackboard. When editing you only see html, no SmartText or plain text versions. And if you use tables this gets ugly fast. I assume this is a incompatibility between chrome and the wysywig editor in blackboard.
I am Loving it
Yes, i believe Chrome can definitely get the major market share as soon as Google will launch complete version of Chrome.
